 The manner in which the services are to be performed and the specific hours to be worked shall be determined by Caterer. Caterer will work as many hours as may be necessary to reasonably fulfill obligations under the Caterer and client Agreement. 

Any changes made to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties. You may

cancel this agreement for any reason in writing. If the event is canceled, refunds are limited to

unearned fees. If canceled within 90 days prior to the event the following will apply: 61-90 days prior

a refund of 50% less fees, 31 -60 days prior a refund 25% less fees, 1-30 days prior ABSOLUTELY
